In 2016, Richard opened a second location in Providence, Rhode Island, and in 2025, Richard and Leighton Smith became business partners and co-own Simply Injectables Denver together. Richard is a board certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic dermatology. Leighton Smith is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner who joined the aesthetic world in 2021. In 2023, Richard and Leighton added Priscilla Baber, NP to their team. Simply Injectables is overseen by medical director, Michael Ianotti, MD.
